    Quick Dancey Workout DVD

    I like the fact that you can choose an option of 5, 10 or 15minute workouts. However, I find that her dance steps are too fast to follow. So, by the time you've got the move, she's moved on already. I end up shuffling my feet instead of working out. Definitely for those with good co-ordination.

    Easy to follow and not boring!
