A worthy reboot of the Alien franchise

First off - this movie is not a " prequel" to any of the Alien movies. Ok, with that out of the way, let's review the movie. The story and plot are OK with a few highlights and the obvious gaps left to fill in with later movies. Acting was very good to excellent (especially Michael Fassbender as David the token android). Special effects were top notch and not used too much. Sound and vision were good, with proper good mood music. Overall a decent flick to while away about two hours.

Prometheus a disappointment.

This so called 'prequel' to the Aliens series is disjointed, has too many unexplained events and is a disappointment. I think it was made simply to cash in once again on the original idea!
