Telephone Service

Hi Your service is excellent. whereas I was asking the impossible , they really tried to accomadate me.. eventhough I didnt get the item before the date.. the service and the fact that they tried was very awesome and the manner in which they handled my special request was exceptional.

Delivery

The book is a text book and as text books go it does the job. But the review is really on the service I received from Kalahari.com. Fanflippentastic. I had just had problem getting a book from Durban through the Post Office - two weeks later and more than a couple of hours waiting in the queue on four different occasions to collect. Kalahari delivered to my home the next day and the book was waiting for me when I walked in from work, less than 18 hours after I had pressed the send button. WOW. Kalahari.com for me from now on. Thank you.
