Review:

Tribute, May 2000, Derrick Thema

This CD is without doubt a work of art and a strong reminder that Ngozi is a giant – one with an indomitable spirit which only death can numb. The ensemble of the great artists here, including the appearances of Lucien Lewin and Grahan Beyer on trombones, underpins the potency of the rhythmic delivery of this CD.

All the songs have been composed and arranged by Ngozi, clearly indicating that as long as there is air in his chest, he will continue to blow a storm as no other local saxophonist has done.
