      Great but has ownership snags !

    Great product in the beginning.. Until our computer bombs out and you have to re-install the software. It's here where we experienced BIG problems regarding registration for the second time ON THE SAME COMPUTER !, as the company giving the registration number cannot identify where and on which computer it was previously installed so the end result YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN EVERYTIME YOU RE-INSTALL THE SOFTWARE as their serial number and ID code changes everytime you install this sofyware even if it is done on the same computer. I had to give this software away to somebody else and I bought other software where I can have ownership of the software, and should I wish to reinstall this after a computer format session not experience registration problems. Rating 4/5 for software but 1/5 for after-sales service.

    This product has shown it's value through-out the time my kid used it. The content is well chosen to keep his concentration at the highest level and I can also monitor his progress in the report at the end of the day. After playing with Big Boet for one month I could notice a big difference in my son's performance at school. I'll give 5/5 for this amazing product. Once you installed the product you don't need to use the CD to activate the program everytime, which I think is a good idea because it eliminates the chance of damaging your CD and CD-drive. The registration of the product is easy to do and what I like is that you can install it onto six computers. I presume that the developer has to protect his intellectual property against piracy, which is a good idea.
