Angels Heal My Body is the eagerly awaited fourth CD in the Sacred Light Series and is a fusion of Jan Yoxall's years of experience as a CranioSacral Practitioner and her wonderfully innate ability to align the listener with the frequency of Angels. This CD will be helpful if you are suffering with, or recovering from illness, but also for those people who are lucky enough to enjoy good health. The techniques will help you to relax and free your mind and body of unwanted toxins which are so often the result of stress. Using the safe, easy techniques of CranioSacral Therapy, you will learn how to connect with and listen to your body's inner wisdom by using your hands as listening tools. This is a powerful healing meditation in itself, which will enable you to achieve a quality of stillness you may not yet have experienced during meditation. Accompanied by the therapeutic and meditative music of film and television composer, Gabriel Currington, Jan's softly-spoken voice then guides you on a journey of physical and emotional healing as you are embraced by the light of Archangel Raphael and your Guardian Angel. The use of positive affirmations will remove the barriers which so often sabotage self-healing on a non-conscious level, bringing instead a feeling of serenity, peace and trust that your inner wisdom knows exactly what you need to make healthy life choices. The emotive and therapeutic music of Gabriel Currington is featured on Track 3 in its entirety.
