Short description
A homeless juvenile delinquent witnesses a killer dubbed as "The Cremator" setting one of his strangling victims on fire. Assigned to the case is victim/witness advocate Kate Conlan, a once up-and-coming FBI agent who has returned to the quiet routine of her hometown desk job.
