His acting career began in the swinging London theatre and continued at the South African National Theatre. He has played alongside theatre legends such as Andre Huguenet, Louis van Niekerk, Anna Neethling Pohl, Siegfried Mynhardt, Sandra Prinsloo, Wilma Snyman Tyrone Power, Richard Attenborough, Judy Dench and Michael Caine.
