Review
Braai Masters of the Cape Winelands , Compiled by Wines of South Africa If you are interested in wines of the world, you will love this beautiful cookbook from South Africa. Although the recipes require conversion from grams and ml the directions are easy to follow. Of course, some of the ingredients are only available in Africa, such as Springbok and Kalahari Lamb, but the photos of South Africa wine country and the exquisite dishes from the recipes make this a collector cook book, whether or not you use it for cooking. It is a wealth of interesting information about the cuisine of South Africa and the wine country there.
