Delict Sibergramme Yearbook 2005 is a record and survey, with the author's analysis and comments, of developments in this branch of South African law in 2005. All cases relevant to the law of delict reported in The South African Law Reports, The South African Criminal Law Reports and The Namibian Law Reports published by Juta and in The All South African Law Reports and Butterworths Constitutional Law Reports published by LexisNexis Butterworths are reviewed. Where comment is considered necessary the cases are thoroughly evaluated. All legislation (original and subordinate) of interest to delict lawyers is canvassed. In the literature section, all contributions to the leading South African legal journals – De Jure, De Rebus, Juta's Business Law, the SAJHR, the SALJ, the SA Merc LJ, the THRHR and the TSAR – are surveyed. New textbooks (including new editions of old works) are also dealt with, providing an across-the-board overview of what is new on the market.
