The ONLY book you need about dieting!

I have read many diet books, many books about what to eat, what not to eat, how to eat and not eat things, and I have only NOW read through a whole book about this subject.
Dr Luc calls a thing by it's name, tells it how it is, and his logic (and knowledge.. he is a doctor too) makes perfect sense to me. I have slowly but surely started implementing his tips and advice, and I can HIGHLY recommend his book.
I've also attended a presentation he gave on the subject, and I know EVERYONE in that audience felt the same.
There's nothing weird or foreign about what he is saying, but if you listen to his promise you will understand that by depriving yourself of food (any diet) will only get you the weight loss while you are doing so. You will ALWAYS put it back on when you stop the diet. By changing small things in your life, you can change your lifestyle and the way you think, not only your weight.
If you are looking for a book with a MIRACLE DIET... this is it! *smile* And there's no dieting involved!
