Fit and superfit is a 3-day-a-week get fit at home or in the gym circuit training program. It is carefully graded from a few minutes per session for those completely out of condition, gradually building up to a 30 minute work-out for the average person who wants to be in really first class shape and on to a 60 minute non-stop foundation routine for the Top Class Sportsman or Sportswoman competing at a National or International level. It comprises most of the basic movements of the human body thereby exercising practically all the muscle groups. No equipment is necessary. A skipping rope and weight belt are optional in the later grades.
