Confusing the chicken and the egg

The author has travelled far in discovering matters omitted in his limited seminary education. However, it is easy to get the sequence of events wrong when you begin at an arbitrary point in history. This seems to have happened here. The faith of Egypt did not inform the faith of Israel. Rather, faith began with Adam, and there was only one God - the Creator YHWH. Then came the corruption of that faith in Eden. Next followed the hybrid giants and the idolatry connected with these offspring of demons who cohabited with human women. These powerful creatures were the models for the mythological gods of the ancients, including Greece and Rome. If the author continues to seek truth, his findings will eventually come into balance. In the meantime, there are other scholarly publications that provide better insights than given here.
