I have read about 20 books on child development and this one is the best. How little is it to spend 10 minutes a day with your baby doing vestibular exercises and removing the possibility of your child developing attention or learning problems later in life. It is very easy to bounce your baby on your knee, rotate him gently on a pillow or walk around with him in your arms, but would you have focused on doing these things everyday if no one ever told you it can be beneficial for the overall development of your baby? A warning to working mothers: this method is designed for the fulltime mother, a working mom can still do a lot of the exercises with her baby / toddler, but the entire program might be too much for the working mom to follow and she can end up either feeling the writers are crazy or just guilty for not being there all the time.
