Health and fitness, nutrition, sleep and even what it takes to stay mentally alert it's all covered in this often eeewww inspiring game book. From amino acids to exercise, nutrition to zinc, kids test their knowledge by using the 1- or 2-player electronic game component to answer randomly chosen questions.
