But even after having seven different partners in six years, Tori isn't prepared when she's forced to team up with the hot-tempered Samantha Kennedy. While working the cases of a serial killer and drug deals gone bad, the two detectives struggle with their feelings, working hard to maintain a professional relationship all the while trying desperately to keep their nearly flammable physical relationship in check.
