The Ultimate Braai Master is an ongoing series in South Africa showcasing the 'braai' or outdoor cooking. The show opened my eyes as to how much you can actually make on a fire - from starters to desserts, and now I have the recipes. A great book for any outdoor cook!

Justin Bonello's Ultimate Braai Master is just fantastic. We have tried a couple of the recipes so far and can't wait to try more. Absolutely awesome book!
