Do I need this book, or one of similar quality? There is no doubt; it is an item that I would want available in any multiple-surgery practice I worked in, for all of the staff, for reference, and for quickly resolving differences of opinion. However, I would encourage home reading, too; you will be surprised what updates you need and what grabs your attention.
