Recipes look delish, pictures are super and extra 'notes and tips' are great. There is also a section at the back of the book on some basic recipes which is very useful. So far I have prepared a chicken dish with great success and favourable reception. I look forward to making many more. 'Not just a plain ol' recipe book', super extra content and tips.
