This is a well written, very entertaining AND practical book. Not your typical "airy-fairy" esoteric book. The meditation, cleansing and healing tecniques are well explained and easy to follow. This book is highly recommended to anyone interested in Practical Shamanism. Use in conjunction with "The Medicine Way"
