The theme for this year’s cover is “African Collage”, and with it comes a cover that is contemporary and fresh, with the collage of multiple images that tell the story about what the reader will find within the covers of the book. A revised modern masthead and the addition of spotting and foiling finishes it off beautifully. Most of the additional editorial elements that were added for the 15th edition have been retained, as the need to have editorial features in the guide was recognised.
Features include:
Marcia’s ‘Love It’, which shows off all the latest and hottest products on offer.
Editors Trends, decor magazine editors supply their trend reports for the year.
Home Channel supplies us a Q&A and a feature of their current shows
Pavilion featuring the latest Green orientated products on the market.
Revamped opening chapters. Every year we restyle the chapter openers to be more visually appealing and current.Apart from the added elements of interest, the core offering remains unchanged. There have been substantial updates and additions to the database, information on over 3 680 suppliers and service providers, encompassing South Africa’s most talented interior designers, household goods and design manufacturers, service providers and suppliers to be provided. This makes the 2013 Edition of SA Décor and Design – The Buyers’ Guide, an indispensable reference for any serious industry player, as well as for knowledge-hungry homeowners.
