Long description

Master woodworker Patrick Spielman and scroll-sawing professional Dan Kihl present over 200 patterns inspired by the early cultures of the American South West. Letter holders, clocks, jewellery boxes, lampshades, napkin holders and shelves are among the woodworking projects which can be decorated using these designs. Many images depict native American life-styles and ceremonial traditions, while others are copies of rock carvings or designs found on ancient pottery. Basic tips on working with a scroll saw are provided, and hints are given on sizing.
