Long description

Bruce Lee remains the foremost name in martial arts, even though he has been dead for nearly 30 years. "Tao of Jeet Kune Do" is a book that represents the philosophies and life disciplines that made Lee the foremost martial artist of his generation, and maybe of generations to come. The book covers all the basic tenets of Wing Chun Gung Fu, the form of martial arts practised by Lee and was written by him over a period of six months, explaining how he developed and honed the basic principles that he was taught from an early age. The book is illustrated throughout with line drawings that Lee drew whilst writing the book, their focus to better emphasize the philosophies of his art and to demonstrate all of the aspects of Gung Fu.
