Who Moved My Cheese?

Short description

Tells a story of four characters who live in a maze and look for cheese to nourish them. Cheese is a metaphor for what you want to have in your life - whether it is a good job, a loving relationship, money or a possession. And the maze is where you look for what you want - the organization you work for in, or the family or community you live in.

  "It's Maze Time!"

I have used this book for a team builder I held at work, I gave the book to all of the managers and everyone enjoyed it. It is a simple story about some "familiar" characters. Johnson does a great job at highlighting the fact that people do not want to change, and he is right! The simplistic story teaches you some valuable lessons, like facing your fears and working for what you want. A good book for dealing with issues of change in the workplace.

Die bohaai wat oor die boek gemaak word is totaal en al ongegrond. Die storie is kinderlik en die "lewensles" voor die handliggend. Beslis nie die moeite werd!
