There are so many spelling mistakes in this book and the recipes have too many errors. For example one recipe calls for 5ml of Tumeric (spice) and it is translated as 1 Tablespoon, to the experienced cook not a major blaps but to a novice it might just ruin the dish. I contacted the publisher to contact the author and no one responded. Some recipes work other's don't maybe just a bit of carelessness on the part of publisher and author, who knows? Thought it over priced for the quality of the contents.

I have tried quite a few recipes in this book and so far they all turned out great. To me it's a great book for beginners and for experimentation. The pictures are lovely and the recipes simple and delicious.
