      Decent Camcorder. Huge Price Drop is concern.

    I purchased one of these Camcorders and have found the quality to be perfect when taking outdoor footage. It tends to battle a bit indoors trying to get the lighting right (video ends up being a bit grainy). What is of more concern for me is the fact that this camera was launched at a price of R3499 and discounted down to R1999(Which is when I bought it). It leaves me believing that this product is inferior based on the fact that the price has now being reduced to R1199

    Was very disappointed with this product. The so-called HD video is of poor quality, incredibly grainy in less than perfect daylight, and the camcorder doesn't compensate for low light. Very basic and not worth the price

    Had a problem with charging. See previous review. Swopped USB cable as last resort. Now charging perfectly. Assume USB cable supplied is faulty? Now able to assess product properly. A decent product. Good value. Pity no mention of "remote" but a nice accessory.
