I really enjoyed this book very much; it was inspiring. It could save a marriage I’m positive about it! The only problem is that a modern woman with her own career will not find this book of much use. This book pertains to the woman that is willing to give up a career outside the home, and take up a career as a wife, mother & homemaker. I’m sure there are a lot of woman that has chosen that path and others who are considering it. You only need to read this book to convince you. It’s based on a Christian/Biblical point of view, as to what God would want for the woman and the household. (This book was written specifically with woman in mind and for woman, the author’s husband wrote one for men – Man of Steel and Velvet. I haven’t read the book myself but my fiancé did, and loved it.)
