You will not be able to put this book down! You will spend the day itching to have some quiet time to yourself so that you can immerse yourself into this magical world filled with loveable characters. Stephenie Meyer has truly created a world in which every woman, young and old can escape to and it makes you believe in the power of love once more.

This is Stephani Meyers first book in the Twilight saga.
When Bella Swan moves to the tiny town of Forks,she does not expect her life to turn upside down. However,she meets the Cullens,and more importantly, Edward Cullen.
Bella knows that Edward is hiding something...with him being absent from school alot and changing eye colours...she cant help but be suspicious of him.
But despite herself,Bella cant help but become intoxicated by Edwards mere presence,his stunningly beautiful feature and alluring scent. She finds herself falling in love with Edward,but she also uncovers his dark secret...Edward is not human!
This is a great read and full of suspense.

I had seen the movie and really wanted to read the book and the book is so much better! Things happen so differently to the movie and the book definately unfolds well. I was blown away and went and bought the whole saga and have not been disappointed! I recommend it to anyone! Truely amazing when you want to escape into a book and have trouble putting it down!!

I have read all four books of the Twilight Saga and I am now a huge fan of Stephenie Meyer. To tell the truth I had seen the movie first and loved it so much that I had to buy the books. A must have for all Romance and Fantasy Fans!

This is beautifully written and forms the great basis to a wonderfully intriguing and totally captivating story! In this first book you get to know the characters without unnecessary waffling. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys love stories & adventure with a twist.

I saw the movie and wanted to know how it would continue, so I decided to get the book. I'm not a romance reader by any means, but this book warmed me from the inside out. It's beautiful and heartwarming and it's captured my imagination and love of reading in a way no other book has been able to do. Just try it! Maybe you'll love it as much as I do.

I have read all 4 of the books in the Twilight arc and this, the first book, is pretty bad. It's very obviously written by a first-time author who is far too reliant on adjectives and pretty descriptions than on having an actual plot. Thankfully, the other 3 books are better. Unfortunately, if you want to read the whole lot, you should read this, if only for the (minimal) back story.
