This is quite simply one of the best superhero films out there. Chris Evans is a fantastic choice for Cap America, and redeems himself here for his terrible portrayal of The Human Torch in Fantastic Four.

After being so used to the X-men and their powers I didn't think I would have a interest in a human who gains added strength.
But the story does very well on its own away from marvel and dc.
The character has been rejected for war duty because of his size and has always been teased. But it never stopped him from trying.
An experiment changes that, to some degree. While he finally has what he wants, he is still mocked and is treated as more of a mascot instead of being allowed to help serve his country.
When his friend and fellow soldiers are captured, he takes it into his own hands and more than proves his worth. He also proves that courage comes in all forms.
I really enjoyed this movie, action all the way and with a great storyline. A must for the collection.
