As the American Civil war draws to a close, U.S president Abraham Lincoln takes up the challenge to ban slavery in the United States. His task is alos a race against time because peace could come at anytime. He faces many obstacles because a few states want to stop this before it becomes a law. The president must get enough votes from Congress before it is too late.
