Acclaimed director and producer Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson team up to create what should have been the best animated feature of 2012. This exciting, action-packed adventure pulls you into the world of Tintin as Hergé intended it and shows that there is a place for motion capture animation after all.

Uiteindelik! ‘n Fliek wat opwindend, komies, oorspronklik en getrou is! Die onvergelykbare detail wat in veral die gesigsuitdrukking gesien kan word, word verrig deur die presiese bewegings van werklike akteurs se liggame en gesigte digitaal vas te vang. Dit kan gebruik word om die karakters uiters realisties te laat voorkom... maar omdat dit gebasseer is op Hergé se werke, is die wêreld en sy karakters gevorm om te lyk of hul uit ‘n strokiesprent stap. Die storie is sterk, humoristies, goed beplan en vermaaklik. Die akteurs is uiters briljant. Elke akteur is perfek gekies, en vertolk sy rol met passie. Die avontuur is nie die nagemaakte, goedkoop, sensasionele avontuur wat gevind kan word in onlangse flieks nie. Dit is die outydse, opwindende, oorspronklike soort. Kinders sal dit geniet, maar die ouer kykers wat ‘Kuifie’ gelees het as kinders, sal ‘n spesiale waardering hê. “The Adventures of Tintin” is ‘n wonderlike reis wat jy nie wil misloop nie!
