An adaptation of Homer's great epic, the film follows the assault on Troy by the united Greek forces and chronicles the fates of the men involved.

This grandiose epic of war and love is just as magnificent today as it was when it was first released in 2004. Loosely based on Homer's Iliad, this masterpiece of a film chronicles Greece's assault on the city of Troy, in retaliation to one of Troy's princes stealing a Greek king's wife. The focus is mainly on the Greek army's legendary warrior Achilles - played wonderfully by a beefy, bronzed, blonde Brad Pitt. Orlando Bloom, Eric Bana and Peter O'Toole also turn in memorable performances. Troy is a modern day classic and needs to be in your DVD collection!
