ARCHOS Internet Tablets are the thinnest and lightest around thanks to a patented process of plastic overmolding developed by Archos. They stay strong and resistant thanks to an inner metal structure of high-tensile strength stainless steel embedded inside an injected plastic enclosure. Steel and plastic are directly bound resulting in high overall structural strength and reduced shell thickness. The shell thickness is reduced from 2 mm for plastic right down to 0.3 mm for stainless steel in large flat areas where the steel is exposed giving the product a stylish metallic finish.

Android is the application framework developed by Google for connected mobile devices, coming with a full pack of connected apps such as a web browser and email application. The 5 home screens of the Android user interface allow advanced personalization: icons can be placed, moved or erased with just a flick of a finger.
