Great product and service

I never knew that such a product existed (that you can connect your external hard drive to you TV and enjoy watching movies direct from it via this medial player). Views any movie file type and acts as a DVD player, that is you can pause, turn up the sound, etc.
I recommend this product. Please keep in mind it is NOT a storage device but simply a medium between your TV and external hard drive.

I purchased this item as I needed a media player than could handle mp4 videos.
Most surprised at the physical size of the unit, about the size of a cigarette packet. Even the supplied remote is bigger than the actual unit.
Being supplied with the relevant cables, setting up was a breeze. So far the unit has played everything I have given it without a hitch.
I recommend this item.

This player does exactly what it says it does, it even plays *flv files. If you don't have a new fancy smart tv, or blu-ray player that can play all the latest video files, this is a must for you. Very easy to use. Has an hdmi and av output, and usb and SD card input. Supports usb hard drives as well(those without it's own power source). Top notch.

Absolutlely awesome, got a usb and sd card input plus hdmi and av output...can read almost any playback format (even .flv) so no need to convert files anymore. Simple and impressive - Huge thumbs up

Ek het hierdie produk al twee keer aangekoop.
Eerste aankoop was Desember as 'n Kersgeskenk vir my seun. Met daardie aankoop was ek baie gelukkig.
Die tweede aankoop was nou in Mei as 'n verjaardag geskenk aan my moeder. Dit is ONMOONTLIK om met die ding te werk, aangesien die taal in Sjinees/Taiwanees of een of ander vreemde taal is. Met 'n oproep na Kalahari om die produk asseblief te vervang, is ek "verwelkom" met allerhande verskonings. Nee wat, uiters teleurgesteld in die produk sowel as die diens wat ek ontvang het :(

Product is made in China, so it contains Chinese and English menu options (english not always correct but its ok).

This nifty little gadget plays all media formats from MKV to AVI. PnP and no additional software or drivers required. The remote control layout annoyed me a little but not enough to prevent me from giving this product 4/5 stars.
