A great budget performer

Nothing mind-blowing, but in this price range one of the better buys. No problems, though the screen is quite reflective (as most are in this budget range), but still quite vibrant to look at. Extra points for the keyboard which includes a number pad and is very comfortable to type on. In power saving mode it lasts between 3 and 5 hours (depending on what you're doing). You can get the Windows 8 upgrade for less than R200 till early 2013, which I've done. It runs smoothly on this laptop. With both version of Windows start-up and shut down are super quick once optimised with Lenovo's software.
