Long description

The main character, Raiden, was once feared as the child soldier ""Jack the Ripper"" on the front lines of the First Liberian Civil War.

Now, his combat mastery is channeled through a cyborg body as the strikes from his high-frequency blade slice even massive assault drones in two.

Raiden is contracted for VIP protection, military training and other duties by PMSCs (Private Military and Security Companies) in a developing country piecing itself back together after a bloody civil war. Little does he know that the stage is set for a clash with an enigmatic force of countless cyborgs.

Game follows the Metal Gear series very closely, those who have not played the previous games in the series may be a little lost in the story. With that said however the game plays very well and the new sword dynamic adds a whole new dimension the the game. Wish the Story Mode was a little longer though. I would recommend this game.

Brilliant game! It has a short campaign and that's what you get for sacrificing graphics over longevity but it has a lot of reply value. Easily the best Hack n Slasher I have played and it makes DmC look like it never existed. Definite contender for GOTY and if you enjoy Hideo Kojima's games (Metal Gear Solid) along with developers P* (Vanquish) then you will LOVE this game!
