How do I buy a Marketplace item?
Wherever you see marketplace items you can add these to your basket in the same way you add a kalahari.com item. Then you simply checkout as normal, however please
take note of the icons used to differentiate between kalahari.com and Marketplace products. These products will be shipped differently in separate parcels according
to the delivery address you used and delivery method. kalahari.com handles all of the payment process on its secure servers and pays the seller directly, once your order
has been posted. This ensures both a quick and easy checkout, and that all your payment details remain secure. When checking out on kalahari.com there are only 3 payment
options to choose from, credit card and eBucks. You cannot use vouchers or earn loyalty points against the purchase of a Marketplace item.
Do I need to set up a special account to buy from Marketplace?
If you already have a kalahari.com account then you can start buying from Marketplace straight away. If you do not have an account with us, you will need to create one.
How do I know it is a Marketplace product?
Marketplace offers you more buying options and you will find these products on the product page. Marketplace sellers will list their products next to kalahari.com products and you
will find their rating, comments and condition of the product, including the delivery costs associated with the product. Please note that delivery is charged per parcel and does not
contribute to free delivery offer. Post office is always offered from R35 depending on the weight of the product and if the seller offers courier delivery, this cost will start from R93.50.
What are the delivery charges?
As with everything you buy on kalahari.com, the price of a marketplace item excludes delivery. Please note that delivery is charged per parcel and does not contribute to free delivery offer.

How long will delivery take?
Marketplace sellers dispatch products from a number of locations, so delivery times vary. If the parcel was sent via post it will take approximately 5 working days. If it is sent via
courier, your parcel will be delivered in 3 working days.
What are the payment options available on Marketplace?
Credit Card
We accept Amex, Diners, Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card details (name on card, number, expiry date and last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card) will be requested on the
ExpressPay page. kalahari.com guarantees safe credit card transactions. If you enjoy no-hassles, no fuss online shopping, you can save your credit card details on the
../pipeline/profile_credit_card.aspxMy ExpressPay details page. As soon as you click on Express Checkout, your credit card details will be waiting for you and you
can simply click on Pay now to complete your order.
Please note: If you have requested your bank to send you credit card activity notifications via your cellphone, you may further ensure that your order is placed by viewing your order status in, 'My Orders'.
Note: You may use credit card as a payment method when purchasing kalahari.com Marketplace products. You cannot use your debit card to pay on kalahari.com. If your credit card authorisation fails this simply

eBucks:
As an eBucks member you have already been subscribed to the eBucks Internet Payment solution, at no cost. Once you have completed shopping on kalahari.com and clicked on eBucks as your payment method you will
then be taken to the eBucks environment, where you can complete your payment process. To complete your payment process, you will need to include your RSA ID Number in the relevant field. Don't forget to click on
Finish, when you're complete, an order confirmation and number will be sent to you shortly. Here is a step-by-step process:

Once you have chosen the eBucks payment option and clicked on "PAY", you can click on the eBucks logo (as seen below).

You will then be taken to the eBucks environment (please note that eBucks terms and conditions now apply), where you can complete your payment process.
Simply follow 4 user-friendly steps:
Step 1: First time spending your eBucks online? If yes, please ensure that you have your RSA ID number or eBucks card number and a 4-digit PIN handy as you will need to include these numbers into
the required fields for this new functionality. If you do not have a PIN, simply visit the eBucks website and enter your RSA ID number after clicking on
the login button. Then click on the 'send me a PIN' button and one will be SMS'd to the cellphone number eBucks has on record for you.
Step 2: If you have your login details handy, simply enter your RSA ID number or eBucks card number and 4-digit PIN.
Step 3: Select the account you want to debit and click on PAY.
Step 4: Make sure the details on your eBucks payment confirmation are correct and click on FINISH.
Please remember to click on the FINISH button when you have completed your eBucks payment process. If you don't click on FINISH - that is if you close the eBucks payment confirmation window by clicking on
the X (top right corner), you will not be redirected to your eBucks order confirmation page and you will not receive your order number.
How do I track an order?
To track your order, you will need to go to my orders. The tracking number will display on the my orders page. Check for your parcel number and
see the status of your order, it should state 'ready to ship'. Once the seller has shipped the item, it will state 'dispatched' and you will receive an email notifying you of the dispatch date. If you do not receive
your order, you will need to contact the customer support centre.
Changed your mind after placing an order?
If you buy an item from a Marketplace seller and you're not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, you will need to notify the seller immediately. You may use the contact seller information available on
Marketplace to contact the seller. The seller will tell you how to return the item, and where to send it. Go to the parcel number on my orders screen to request a refund.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Marketplace products cannot be cancelled. You may request a refund from the seller by clicking on 'request a refund' which you can find on the 'my orders' page. At this stage you will need to view the Marketplace
parcel on the 'my orders' page, select a reason for the refund from the drop down, add further comments and click on submit. The seller will then receive an email that a refund has been requested and should
process the refund or contact you to discuss before processing the agreement. Please note: You may not be refunded delivery costs and the seller can charge delivery to return the product as well as a handling fee.
I have not received my order?
If you have not received your item within the stipulated delivery times, contact the seller for further information . If you do not have the sellers contact details, kindly contact the customer support

Is it safe to buy a Marketplace product?
It is completely safe to purchase products from Marketplace as the entire transaction is processed by kalahari.com.
What is the Marketplace guarantee?
You may request a refund from the seller by clicking on 'request a refund' which you can find on the ‘my orders’ page. When you purchase an item via kalahari.com Marketplace, Marketplace charges you and passes
on payment - less a commission - to your seller. For you to secure a refund equivalent to your initial purchase and shipping costs, your seller must process the refund. In any case where a refund is necessary,
such as when your seller is out of stock and cannot ship, or when you return an item, it is the responsibility of the seller to process that refund. We(kalahari.com Marketplace) provide sellers with instructions
about how to credit refunds. Sellers may issue a full or partial refund for an order. If a new item is returned unopened or an item is returned as unwanted (ie. not defective) the seller may deduct a reasonable
handling fee from your refund. Refunds are typically processed within on week of the sellers' request. Your kalahari.com profile will be credited with the refund amount.
Please note: You may not be refunded delivery costs and the seller can charge delivery to return the product as well as a handling fee.

Stock shortages on kalahari.com Marketplace products
In the event that a Marketplace Seller is out of stock of the product ordered by you, the Marketplace Seller must notify you thereof, whereupon –
- in the event of a temporary out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled either to cancel the order and be fully refunded, or to maintain the sale subject to a later delivery date as may be agreed;
- in the event of a permanent out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled to be fully refunded.
In being 'fully refunded' as aforesaid, you will be refunded the relevant purchase price and delivery charges, without having to pay any administrative or other charges.
What is feedback?
Feedback is the comments and ratings left by other customers who have bought from a particular seller. Sellers develop a feedback score depending on the amount of comments are listed. It is important that you leave honest feedback in this section as

The seller: A summary of feedback from buyers accompanies the seller nickname (display name) whenever they list an item at kalahari.com. This includes the average of their 1-to-5-star
ratings and your percentage of positive feedback ratings in the past 12 months. Any customer can view your lifetime feedback and comments from buyers on your Seller Profile page.
How does the buyer leave feedback?
On kalahari.com on the 'my orders' page, the buyer will have the opportunity to rate the seller in the following areas: Delivery time, product condition & customer service. The buyer will rate the seller in each area using a 5-star rating system i.e.
- Positive feedback: 5 or 4 stars
- Neutral feedback: 3 stars
- Negative Feedback: 2 or 1 stars
