Does everything it says. Even comes with a barber's jacket!
Has enough attachments to shave any type of hair above your neck - even a nose hair trimmer.
Only strange thing is how old is this design? Still uses NiCd batteries and the old style transformer suppy instead of the lighter switching supply you get with virtually all new products.
