    Amazing screen with the same glass treatment as the iOS tablets. Extremely fast and responsive. Latest and greatest version of Android, fully supported by Google. Comes standard with the Chrome browser. High quality construction, aluminium bezel, backing material inspired by Steve McQueen driving gloves. Good battery life, if you take care not to run too many things at once or leave WiFi running all the time. Perfect size for reading. Great price! Much cheaper than the next best product on the market. This all adds up to a very good device that won't let you down on expectations, unlike most other 7" Android devices. If you can live without 3G, or if an iPad is too big or expensive for you, then I highly recommend this device.

    The Google Nexus 7 is really a great purchase.Within a fortnight of acquiring it it had upgraded itself to the latest Android version (Jelly Bean 4.2). Completely painless. It is a lovely size. Am now looking for a cover but they are only just being released overseas at the moment.

    As the previous reviewer said, it's an amazing device! Super fast, very responsive and the size makes for something that you can conveniently carry around in a handbag. True mobile computing with a great battery life!
