    It was delivered promptly the next working day, in good condition. To my mind the design is wrong with the 40W lamp holder on the top cover right next to the extraction fan. The heat source should be at the bottom so that the drawn in air is slightly warmed (and relative humidity lowered) before it passes around the food contents. I am going to modify it myself by putting the lamp holder at the bottom - it is quite easy to do. The present design is a compromise to make it easier and cheaper to manufacture. I want to use it primarily to dry rusks. It will be much more effective than conventional oven drying.
