Don't let St.Anger leave a bad taste in your mouth. This isn't like it and all the better for it. You can preview the CD online. This is not Black Album 2.0 but damn it's still very very good. I love it!

One of the first things new producer Rick Rubin told James, Lars, Kirk and Rob when he walked in during the beginning of the recording of Death Magnetic in April 2007, was to go back to 1982. The advice was taken by the boys and they created an album that resembles their Master of Puppets/...And Justice for All albums. In my view, this is their best effort in their long, established careers and one that will be remembered for a very long time. GO METALLICA!!
