Allen recorded most of the album at Eagle Rock Studios in Los Angeles with producer Greg Kurstin of the band The Bird and the Bee. A nice compilation of songs featuring the brilliant “The Fear” is a sure gem – it deserved the No 1 spot in the UK over and over again. The album as a whole stands strong and will surely be playing during my cocktail parties & driving trips. I like the 2tone/MOD & Reggae mix with a splash of “pop” a true gem. Maybe not everybody’s cup of tea but over all a very good CD. Lily you have my vote on this one. If you liked her previous CD you’re going to LOVE this one!

This is a great album in so many ways... Intelligent lyrics sung with a tongue wedged firmly in the cheek. It's catchy and sing-a-long. Tracks 2, 4 and 8 are the highlights of the album. You 'll find yourself hitting the repeat button quite often.
