KWANI EXPERIENCE is back! Hip, topical, conscious and in demand the band has worked with masterful producer Sibusiso Victor Masondo (Freshly Ground and many others) as well as master percussionist Tlale Makhene to produce this interesting, groundbreaking and exciting body of work. Following on the heels of their debut “Birth of the Mudaland Funk” the group continues with their eclectic and uncategorisable sound mixing funk, jazz, soul, hip hop, African pop and traditional elements fused into one.
The first release saw a mountain of feature, press, TV appearances and radio play – this album shall be no different! KWANI EXP has all the elements – a distinct look and attitude, conscious messages, great grooves, interesting experimental elements and a lot to talk about...
