Originally conceived as a side-project for Tool mainman Maynard James Keenan, A Perfect Circle have evolved as a natural unit themselves, and gained an impressive following in the alternative rock world. Keenan has subsequently flitted back and forth between the two bands, clearly relishing the challenge of taking on diverse musical styles. This release offers a variety of material from A Perfect Circle, including their his video "The Outsider."
