Master Of Puppets

Short description

Master of Puppets is the third studio album by American heavy metal band Metallica. The album was recorded in 1985 and released by Elektra Records on March 3, 1986 in North America. Now widely considered a classic of thrash metal, the album proved to be a modest commercial success upon its release by reaching #29 on the U.S. Billboard 200, making it the very first thrash metal album to crack the Top 40.

  Metallica at their best

Although I think that every metal head should have all the Metallica albums, I believe that this is the best one on the market. Not only is it when they still had the mighty Cliff Burton going mad on bass, it is their "coming to life" album you could say. Kill 'Em All and Ride The Lightning were good in their own rights, but Master really put them out thier. The Black Album made them famous. This album made them Superstars.

  Classic Metallica!

This album along with Black is Metallica at their best. Two best tracks on album: Master of Puppets and Sannitarium. If you think you like Metallica but don't know them that well and you liked Black then this album is for you.
