Beautiful Music from a Beautiful African Princess

She is beautiful & has got a lot of talent.I bought this from Kalahari some 2 years back but just forgot to review it.She mixes African drums, beats & European influences in her music."Samborela my son"is very popular track & very ground breaking for Khadja Nin.I speaks about war in Africa & the pain it has caused to so many people.The Stevie Wonder transcription song is so so good being sung in Swahili which is similar to Zulu language for that matter.My other favovourate is "Bwana C" a song dedicated to person once very close to her heart possible her husband who passed away living her lonely & destitute in Europe without a job things were very tough for her in Belgium."Save Us" a track that my 3 year old daughter loves very good track.Overall ALL songs are the best its hard to choose actually as the whole album rocks.grab this one before it runs out of print.Also check out her other cds which might be similar with some tracks not being included on this cd but my bet is buy this one its best of them all. It even surpases the latest CD.

I recently got to listen to this album at a friend's place, and just HAD to have it! Khadja Nin has a beautiful voice and her music is a wonderful mix of European melody with African sound. Even a Whitey can "feel" this music. If you enjoy World music, don't miss this one!
