The seller advertised the item but did not actually have the item. The order was thus cancelled by the seller and now I have to battle to get my money back, because it has been credited to my profile. I want the money back. Not a positive experience at all.

I will not buy from this seller again. Order was placed on 22 Nov and only shipped nearly one month later (19th Dec!) which resulted in it arriving after Christmas. Considering I live in a major city and all other parcels arrived within 48hrs, the postal service cannot be blamed!
