To whom it may concern: I trust that you are well. I received the mouse yesterday aftrenoon, and i gave it to my brother as a gift, when he tried it this morning, it does not load and says that the device itself has malfunctioned. Please may you urgently respond as the item was very expensive and i would like a full refund or a new mouse, I await your soonest response.
