It's not out in South Africa...yet

I am very fortunate in that I am in Canada at the moment (but I reside in South Africa) and I got to play GTA: SA yesterday. I must say its a great game. There's not a lot of improvement in the Graphics, but it uses all the PS2 has to offer --- but the gameplay is brilliant. The game is SO HUGE that you are bound to get lost very often (the first few weeks you play it) and you will most likely end up somewhere with no roads or cars! Good luck getting back to the city (and watch out for the hillbillys with guns!). The game takes very long to complete and after about 7 hours of playing the game, I only completed 11,4% of the game! Its tough, I don't suck at it --- You'll see! You need to complete 20% to unlock all of the cities (or States), and it is possible to visit a city if you have not unlocked it, but the moment you go into it, you get 4 cop stars. Many new features that I do not want to spoil but make sure you get yourself to buy this great game...its really worth the money.

Best Playstation Game ever

This is got to be the best Playstation game ever. It has everthing (Storyline, Music Cars, Guns, Mayhem and loads of destruction). If you want a game that will last you more than a week this is the boy. At my current gameplay rate I reckon I might finish the game in 6 months compared to ViceCity's 4 weeks. There seems to be loads of mini games which sometimes pleasantly sidetrack you for a hour or two.
The GTA platform is less structured than previous versions, you drive, fly, swim and run almost everywhere.
Well Done RockStar, it is going to take a huge effort from your competitors to catch this title.
Even with it age restriction this game is breaking records all over the world and I am sure it will do the same in RSA. Cool.

Well, let me be the first South African to give GTA San Andreas less than 5 stars as a rating (did someone shout "Sacrilege"?). Hear me out before you completely disagree with me though...This game is phenomenal. I have played every major GTA release (even the first two top-down 2D scrollers), and am somewhat of a fan of the series. However, San Andreas blows the previous titles out of the water. The action is everything we have come to expect from a GTA title; the story takes place on a HUGE map, every inch of which feels as if it could be a real city; the soundtrack (as always) is superb; and the 'gangstas in the hood' is an excellenct concept for a GTA game. New additions have also added a fresh feel to the game - being able to swim, and car customizations (adding nitro boost, lowering suspensions, etc) are just two examples of this. The only problem I personally have with the game that prevents it from being 5 stars is that the frame rate often suffers during hectic scenes. This can be somewhat annoying. However, THIS DOES NOT RUIN THE GAMEPLAY. Should you go out and buy this? Yes. This is quite easily the best game I've ever played, simply because you can do anything, go anywhere and explore at your own pace. This will keep you busy for months.

This game surpasses many other games that i have ever played. From all the other GTA'S this one is by far the best for excample:you can swim and dive into water,go through a vortex with a car for excample need for speed underground when pressing nos.Instead of a single town to play in you can now play in a whole new state. You can gamble, drive bike, cut your hair and much more. You gain skill as the game goes on for things such as stamina, sex appeal, muscle etc. This is a must buy to add to your GTA collection so dont stall just buy the game and i promise you will never go wrong.

If you thought that Vice City was all that and a bag of chips, San Andreas will be like four bags of chips. Why I say that is because the city of San Andreas is four times as big as Vice City. It will feature the usual Urban area, but will have a Forest, Desert and Neighbourhood area. There will not only be roads, but highways will be there to take you all over the city and there are numerous rivers. I am not sure weapon wise, but I'm sure there will be an array of fun items to use, and there is an enormous amount of different modes of tranpsorts. If that doesn't make YOU buy it, I sure will!!!! And be sure to buy this with KALAHARI.NET, the only way to buy, yeah!
P.S. "Pimp Daddy", it is rather easy to find information on new games. Just go to their websites.

What I really want to know is how anyone can write a review on a game that hasn't even been released. Yet I am fortunate to have seen many screen shots and I can tell you that the game will feature things such as: drive-by shootings and you will be able to ride a bike and....
SWIM
Thats all for now.
